Instructions to Download:

1.  Scan QR code (note:  if you do not have a QR reader on your phone or I-Pad, you will need to download a standard reader)

2.  Once you scan the QR code it will link to the website and open the service request form www.serviceticketnow.com/turftech.  For I-Phone & I-Pad devices you will have a pop-up screen asking you to save the icon to your device.  Save by clicking on the envelope with the arrow.  You will now have our company app on your device for any future service requests.

For android devices you must first save the website as a bookmark. Then, press on the home screen on your device and click to add the shortcut.  When the screen comes up, select bookmark.  This will then add our icon to your screen.

3.  If you don't have a QR scanner your alternate option is to simply enter the web address of www.serviceticketnow.com/turftech.  Once you have the Service Request Form you can save the app icon using the same method as in Step 2.
